Delivery Charges

Post Packing and delivery charges are £3-95 for all orders up to £49.99. For orders over £50-00 delivery is *FREE with the exception of the following postcodes areas:

*Any exceptions to this will be notified before purchase.

Charges for the following postcode areas are as follows:

For Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)

• For purchases under £50, the total delivery charge would be £10.95.
• For purchases over £50, the delivery charge would be £7.00.

For Channel Islands (GY & JE postcodes)

• For purchases under £50, the total delivery charge would be £17.95.
• For purchases over £50, the delivery charge would be £14.00.

No higher delivery charges will be applied except in exceptional circumstances and then only with the approval of the purchaser

Returns

If a purchaser wishes to return an item for a refund a request must be made within 48 hours of receipt and any returns must be received by the Vendor within a period no later than 14 days from the date of delivery to the purchaser but if a return is made which arrives at the return address of the Vendor later than 14 days from the date of delivery refunds will be made purely at the discretion of the Vendor

This does not affect the rights of the purchaser under relevant UK Consumer Protection legislation to which the Vendor is entirely committed

When returning goods you should indicate the full reason for doing so and please note that refunds will only be considered in the event of no fault returns if the product packaging is intact and undamaged
